Joe has a long lasting affiliation with the University of Kent having undertaken both his undergraduate and masters degrees at the institution. His PHD topic is “Urban Artefact Assemblages” and he will be focusing on the reconstruction of theoretical groups of objects for shops, houses and ordinary churches and attempting to establish the functional connections between objects. This will allow us to ‘furnish’ architectural illustrations and gain a better understanding of behaviour in each setting.
